Conditions of occupancy

Families and couples only - sorry, no groups or singles. Accomodation is only for use by persons on booking forms. Vacancies available at time of writing. One quarter non returnable deposit is required to secure booking, with the balance required 14 days prior to the start of your holiday. Receipt returned as booking confirmation.

Bookings are from Saturday 2pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure.

Low season short breaks and weekends available (contact us for availability).

Notice of cancellation must be received not less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the holiday. The tenant will be entitled to a 50% refund.

We advise guests to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellations.
